Lynn Hill - Class Of 1975

Lynn Hill

Lynn Hill, age 53 of Breckenridge, died Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at Eastland Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., November 21st, at Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Ezell and Rev. Terry Davis officiating.  Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. 

Lynn Edward Hill was born on May 6, 1957 in Kimball, Nebraska to parents, Robert Ernest Hill and Betty Jean Hager Hill.  He later moved with his family to Anchorage, Alaska, where he graduated from Service High School in 1975. Lynn married Lorie Ann Riewer on February 14, 1975 in Anchorage.  Following their marriage, the Hill Family moved to Breckenridge, Texas, where Lynn worked for over 33 years as a purchasing agent at Triple S Dynamics.  Always an outdoorsman, Lynn enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.  He loved to ride motorcycles, often touring on trips with his wife and fellow riders. He cherished time spent with his wife, children and grandchildren.  Lynn was a Baptist and a proud member of the NRA.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Robert Bruce Hill.

Lynn is survived by his wife of over 35 years, Lorie of Breckenridge; one son, Justin Keith Hill and Jennifer Smith of Breckenridge; one daughter, Mandie Renae Whitecotton and husband, Tim of Abilene; three grandsons, Dylan Keith Hill of Breckenridge, Aidan Kyle Whitecotton and Austyn Kade Whitecotton, both of Abilene; two sisters, Janis Gledhill and husband, Dean and Debbie Lyman and husband, Richard, all of Escalante, UT; parents-in-law, Jerry and Maxine Riewer of Star Harbor, Malakoff; three sisters-in-law, Renate Hill Schnell of Anchorage, AK, Lindy Pappas and husband, Mark of Colleyville and Sheila Riewer of Portland, OR; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
