Claude still holds a state record in the 100 yard dash and probably always will, since now it's a 100 meter event. Hard to imagine him as a runner unless you've seen him "streak" by.
Claude was a very close friend. It was tough loosing him. I have alot of good memories of him. He was a wild and crazy guy. But he had a huge heart. One thing I learned early on you didnt dare him to do something because he would do it no matter the consequences. I have no doubt if he was still alive we would still be close friends. He crosses my mind quite often. Gone but not forgotten.
