I remember Neil, he was a quiet polite gentle kid. He rode the bus o and from school with him every day. He was a bit shy but sweet kid. I am very sad to hear that he has died. He did provide alot of fun and enjoyment to others while he was alive. He will be greatly missed. Love you Neil , Amy
